With our Mix & Match Meals, powered by MealWare™, you have a wide variety of choices to mix and match according to your personal taste; you're limited only by your imagination and thousands of possible meal combinations.
How long will it take me to prepare a DineWise meal?
All of our Complete Individual Meals are easily microwaveable and ready to enjoy in just 10 minutes or less. Specific heating instructions are on every product you purchase from DineWise. Oven reheating times are also provided.
How many servings are in each meal?
Our meals are designed to provide enjoyment for one adult serving.
Are your photos of the actual food?
Yes! And they show the exact portion size too. We're so excited about how delicious our food looks and tastes that our photography reflects the actual product you'll receive at home. In addition, our own Chef Noche personally provided his insight for every product and meal plan.
Where do I find ingredient and nutritional information?
Our product packaging includes ingredients and nutritional information. You can also find nutritional information on the products shown in our Nutritious Foods section. If you have any other questions about food nutrition, please call us at 1.800.749.1170.
How do I prepare my meals?
Our packaging includes complete preparation instructions, and all are either microwaveable or easily prepared in a conventional oven. For your online convenience, we have posted individual cooking instructions on every product page.

Does DineWise sell gift certificates?

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
You can redeem a gift certificate by calling one of our Food Specialists, at 1.800.749.1170. They will help customize an order while staying within the amount on the certificate.
What if I don’t like something that I receive?
Our 100% product satisfaction guarantee states that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of our products, or we will replace your product or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

I just placed an order online. How will I know that it has been received?

I don't like to buy over the Internet because I'm concerned about security. How else can I place an order?

DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide to the continental United States.
How often do you deliver?
We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide on how much you need and when, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.
Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.
Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?
No. FedEx will leave the weatherproof, reusable cooler for you, sealed and frozen, until you arrive home the day of the delivery.
What if I receive my meals and the dry ice has melted?
As long as your order arrived on time, and the meals are still "refrigerator-cold" to the touch, they can be safely stored in your freezer with no reduction in quality. If you're not sure, please call our

How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship to arrive within 3 to 6 business days from the day you place your order. For more shipping information, please refer to our shipping page.
Can I have my order sent to more than one address?
Unfortunately not; however, you do have two options as per our shipping schedule, which would normally deliver your products within 3 to 6 business days of placing your order. See shipping chart for further details.

Absolutely not. Many companies do ask you to commit or lock you in for a certain timeframe. At DineWise, all we ask is that you give our premium meals and services a chance, and when you like your experience, you can reorder at any time, and as much or as little as you'd like.
