Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.
Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?
No. FedEx will leave the weatherproof, reusable cooler for you, sealed and frozen, until you arrive home the day of the delivery.
What if I receive my meals and the dry ice has melted?
As long as your order arrived on time, and the meals are still "refrigerator-cold" to the touch, they can be safely stored in your freezer with no reduction in quality. If you're not sure, please call our
