In her role as a freelance food writer, Dana crafts cookery and other food related magazine and newspaper articles. Dana is the food editor for Gardening Life magazine and she is the former food editor for Homemaker's and Style at Home magazines. She also contributes frequently to Cooking Light, one of America's top-selling food magazines. These experiences coupled with her success as a cookbook author make Dana keenly sensitive to evolving consumer tastes.
In the world of publishing, Dana McCauley is an internationally proven author who believes that a thorough understanding of the past is essential to predict where food trends will go in the future.
