Welcome to DineWise! I am Chef Craig Noche. I am a Type II diabetic and a member of our Advisory Board. I would like to give you a quick tour of our Diabetic Meals food section.

A Quick Start to Diabetes Food Management

I'm one of those people that tends to read the directions after something doesn't work. Please don't feel like you have to do hours of research to get started right away. DineWise has done a masterful job of organizing all of the diabetic meals for you. There are even two 3 Day Diabetic Meal Plans for those that want to try a plan and see how our diabetic meals improve blood sugar levels. We tried to not duplicate any of the meals in diabetic meal plans so you can experience a full menu and help you decide exactly what you want to reorder on your next visit.

Diabetic Chef Selection Meals
These meals are generally served as diabetic dinners. Of course they can be lunch too but they are comparable to a meal to you would order in a restaurant. Chef Selections are individually packaged by entree, side, and vegetable.

Diabetic Complete Cuisine Meals
These can also be lunch or dinner. The difference between Chef Selections and Complete Cuisine is that these are all individually trayed meals. This makes them easy to travel with and take to work. DineWise trayed meals can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

Diabetic Breakfast Meals Our diabetic breakfasts are also trayed meals that are easy to travel with and take to work. Maintaining an inventory of diabetic breakfasts is a healthier alternative to grabbing something like a bagel (double the carbs you should have per meal) or worse, fast food, on the way to work.

Diabetic A La Carte Meals
This section offers entrees, sides, and vegetables from our Chef Selections in quantities of four. Say you love Chicken Parmesan and Herbed Salmon but can make you own sides and vegetables, then this section is for you.

Nutritional Mix and Match Meals for People with Diabetes
As the demo shows below, you simply pick your entree, side, and vegetable and create all your favorite diabetic meals! Nutritional information such as calories, fat, carbs, and protein are shown for each diabetic meal you create but you don't have to weigh and measure unless you want to.
