Veal Osso Buco

One of my top three favorite DineWise items, the sauce is glossy and just thick enough to coat a spoon. The meat is falling off the bone because it is so tender from hours of slow braising. The flavors are deeply satisfying so that you can’t help but slow down and savor each bite.

Although you’ll love having this dinner on hand for busy nights, you may also find yourself warming it up for weekend meals when you want to linger at the table with family or friends.

Heating Instructions

For best results, it is recommended to thaw the Osso Buco in the refrigerator overnight before heating.

Microwave Oven

1. Slightly peel open one corner of the pouch and place on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave on high for 3 to 3-1/4 minutes from thawed. (It is not recommended to microwave from frozen.)
3. Remove the plate from the microwave oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
4. Carefully pour meat and sauce onto a plate and serve. Discard plastic pouch.

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (convection oven to 350°F).
2. Peel open the pouch and place the meat and sauce in a small baking pan. Discard plastic pouch.
3. Place baking pan in the oven for 32-35 minutes from frozen or 17-19 minutes from thawed.
4. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and place the meat and sauce onto a plate.

Caution: Pouch and contents will be hot.
Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to make, model and temperature calibration of your oven.
