Healthy Shrimp Stir Fry Meal

Plump shrimp and veggies are quickly and lightly sauteed, then simmered in garlic and ginger with a mild Thai-styled seasoning that compliments all these fresh flavors with out excessive heat. Free free to add your own hot sauce!

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Note that times are approximate and individual microwaves vary.

Microwave:
  • Peel back lid or slit film. Using FULL POWER, heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the Main Entree reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160�F. Carefully remove the Tray from the Microwave Oven and allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
Conventional Oven:
  • Peel back lid or slit film. Preheat oven to 350�F. Place the Vented Tray on a Baking Sheet then onto the Middle Rack of the Oven. Do not place the Tray directly on the Oven Rack. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the Main Entree reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160�F. Carefully remove the Tray from the Oven and allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
