Cajun Tilapia with Quinoa and Broccoli

From frozen:
 
Stove top: (Preferred Method) Immerse pouches into boiling water for 20 – 25 minutes. 
 
Microwave: Pierce a tiny hole in the plastic bags. Place on a microwave safe dish, and heat on high for 4 ½ - 5 minutes. Let stand for 1- 2 minutes before enjoying. An internal temperature of 158F must be reached. 
 
Please note: For items without sauces or gravy, cut hole in corner of pouch and drain excess liquid before plating.
 
CAUTION: Pouches and items will be very hot.
