Shopping Guide

Shopping on-line at DineWise is easy. It's a secure transaction with a lot of flexibility in shipping and payment. There are four (4) basic steps:

Browsing for Products
Adding items to Cart
Logging in or creating an account
Checkout and payment
Setting up your Address Book

Browse for products

DineWise products are broken into basic categories, like "Chef Selections" and "Gourmet Deserts". The category pages will feature a collage of product images within the section, as well as a brief description for each product.

Click on an image and you will proceed to a detailed product page. You'll find more about the features and benefits of that product. You can return to the category page, or select another category simply by clicking on the navigation links on the left of your screen.

Add to cart

When you find an item you like, you add it to your shopping cart. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to a screen that shows you the contents of your cart. You'll see the item you just selected. If you desire, you may then update the contents of your cart by simply clicking the "Edit Cart Button".

Logon or register

At some point before completing your order, you will need to logon or register by clicking on the My Account/Create Account link at the top of page. If you have shopped here before, you can enter your logon name (usually your e-mail address) and password. If you haven't been here before, you can enter your e-mail address and a password and the necessary address information. Everytime you visit the DineWise website after creating your account, you can place your orders without re-entering your address.

Checkout

When you are ready to checkout, simply click the basket icon next to the "View My Shopping Cart link" which appears at the top right of every page. You can then select options which will take you step by step through the checkout process.

Set up your address book

After logging on, you can optionally set up multiple shipping addresses. This can make it easy for you to buy gifts for several people at once or to purchase some items for work and others for at home and have everything shipped to the location where you want it. Click here on 'Address Book' to add new shipping addresses or update current ones. You can add new addresses by clicking on the Add button and following the directions. To update or delete existing addresses, just select the address from the list and click on the button that describes what you want to do.
