Heating Instructions

Our gourmet entrées are fully cooked and pasteurized and do not need heating. The filet can be served whole or it can be portioned for appetizers, added to salads, wraps, or fajitas.
1. Place entire pouch in your refrigerator overnight.
2. The next day, peel open the plastic pouch, remove the filet and serve. Discard plastic pouch.

Microwave Oven

1. Slightly peel open one corner of the pouch and place pouch on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave on high for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes.
3. Remove the plate from the microwave oven and let stand for 1 minute.
4. Remove chicken breast from the pouch, place on a plate and serve. Discard plastic pouch.

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (convection oven to 350°F).
2. Peel open the pouch placing the chicken breast grilled side up on a lightly greased baking sheet and discard the plastic pouch.
3. Place uncovered baking sheet in the oven for 18 to 22 minutes.
4. Carefully take the baking sheet out of the oven and serve.

*Caution: Pouch and ontents will be hot.
Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to make, model and temperature calibration of your oven.
