Although I am new at DineWise the ease in ordering and the customer service help I received was excellent. I have been trying for months to get dinners and always get the response, "We don't service that zip code." Well, I'm all set now.

I recently started ordering DineWise for my father who is diabetic. He absolutely loves the food, the huge selection and it is so easy for him. All he had to do is heat it up and he has a delicious home cooked meal.
I also want to comment on the customer service. Joe Salvador is amazing. He suggested the Auto Ship program for me, which means I don't have to keep calling and reordering. They automatically ship my dad his food just as he is running low. They keep me updated on my orders by email. The whole operation is very professional and top notch. I would highly recommend DineWise to anyone looking for an easy solution to delicious dining!

I purchased a “Senior” meal package for my 86 year old mother. DineWise was about the 4th company I tried, but, with the exception of “icky frozen green beans” (Mom doesn't like anybody’s frozen green beans), my mom has enjoyed everything. The other offerings, in her opinion, would have tasted better if she'd eaten the cardboard it came in. She complains about my spending so much on her, but since I live an entire state away and can't be there for her at least I know she's eating because she enjoys the taste as well as the convenience of DineWise. I tried other plans and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I tried DineWise just to test the quality. I have not been disappointed and have signed up for the remainder of the year. This past week, my first, I lost seventeen pounds. I also discovered ExtendBars through DineWise. I was using Byetta to control my blood sugar, but it made me dizzy and disoriented. The ExtendBars do the same thing with no side effects and they taste good too!

While looking for a way to help my mother out, who is now confined to her apartment, I found DineWise. I ordered her an arrangement of meals which she loved. She would share with me how much she loved each one and how easy it was to prepare. I ordered some for myself and we began to compare our favorites. I love the convenience of these meals. I have some dietary constraints placed upon me from my doctor and DineWise allows me to pick and choose my food to suit my dietary needs. As a single man that does not like to cook all that much, this keeps me from making bad choices. As long as I have good quality food around I avoid delivery and fast food. I am losing weight at a nice slow and steady pace, my HBP has dropped some and my cholesterol has dropped as well. I have tried two other companies, both of which have good food, but I really like being able to pick my meal combinations.

I contacted DineWise to get prepared meals for my husband's Mom and Dad. She was in the hospital with pneumonia for a week and wanted to help them out. When I saw the commercial on TV for DineWise, I thought to myself - this is just what I've been looking for! I've been struggling with trying to eat healthy, balanced meals with a variety of foods and seemed to be getting bored with the meals I made at home. I would get stuck in a rut eating the same foods over and over again. Thus, I would leave my diet and start again to eat fast food at work, not to mention how unhealthy that stuff is for you. After I saw the commercial I went to the DineWise website and was so impressed by the variety of meals. My first order was Weekly Lunch and Dinners in the diabetic section. I am not yet a full diabetic and am approaching the "pre-diabetic" stage. Every meal was great and I ate such a variety of foods. I also ordered some meals separately, and picked and chose what to put in each meal. Their Turkey Chili is out of this world GOOD! My next order is in the "weight loss" category and I'm betting these meals will be just as tasty. I immediately let me sister know of this website and she also has placed her order and is very happy with all her meals. I think I'll be a customer of DineWise for quite a while.
