Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our food items we will replace it or refund your money – depending on the circumstances. Just contact Customer Service at customerservice@homebistro.com to receive a refund or exchange. This guarantee is conditioned on you, the customer, preserving the product you weren’t satisfied with in your freezer so we can arrange to have it picked up for evaluation by our quality control team.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.  We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
